Where We Deliver

Lila Paris delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Processing and Delivery Times

The time it takes for your order to reach you is made up of two stages: order processing + delivery transit.

We work with established UK carriers, so that your parcel is handled securely and arrives with you promptly.

Delivery Transit	3–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery	4–9 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (GMT/BST) on a working day begin processing the same day. Anything received after that time, or at a weekend or on a UK bank holiday, starts processing on the next working day.

Every order is checked and packed with care before it leaves us; that work is included in the processing time shown above.

Delivery Charges

The following delivery option applies to all UK orders:

All prices on the Site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. As we ship within the UK only, there are no customs charges or import duties to pay.

Parcel Protection and Lost Deliveries

Every parcel we send is insured, at no additional cost to you.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please write to us at contact@lilaparis.com and we will open a lost-parcel investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves us you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link, so that you can follow your parcel all the way from dispatch to your door.

If Something Goes Wrong

Delay, damaged packaging, a missed delivery attempt — whatever the problem, please contact our customer support team straight away by phone on +44 7520 682804 or by email at contact@lilaparis.com. We will do everything we can to put any delivery issue right as quickly as possible.
