1. About These Terms

Lila Paris is an online store operated by Gomerchantsolutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322088. The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and everything available through it — content, features, services and purchases (together, the "Site").

Whenever you browse the Site or place an order with us, you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not continue to use the Site.

2. Who May Order

Orders may only be placed by customers aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this condition.

You undertake to give us information that is truthful, complete and current whenever you buy from us or get in touch. Should you misuse the Site or breach these Terms, we may limit or withdraw your access to it.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain parts of the Site may ask you to create an account. Your sign-in details are yours alone to protect, and you remain responsible for everything done through your account.

Accounts are personal — they cannot be sold, shared or transferred to anyone else. Where unauthorised access follows from a failure to keep your details secure, Lila Paris cannot be held responsible.

4. Orders and Payment

Every order you place is an offer to buy and remains subject to our acceptance and to stock being available. We may decline, cancel or restrict any order where we consider it appropriate — for instance if it appears fraudulent, duplicated, or contrary to these Terms.

Prices appear in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout and can be revised at any time without advance notice. When you complete your purchase, you authorise us to take payment of the full order value, inclusive of VAT and any delivery charge, from the payment method you have selected.

5. Products and Availability

Items on the Site may be sold online only and in limited numbers. Descriptions, prices and availability may be altered, and products may be withdrawn entirely, at any point and without notice.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, though we are unable to guarantee that colours, textures or finishes as displayed on your screen will match the physical item exactly.

6. Delivery

Orders are sent out using third-party carriers. Any delivery window we quote is an estimate for guidance and is not a guarantee.

Lila Paris accepts no responsibility for delays caused by carrier performance, incomplete or inaccurate delivery details, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back to us must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in the packaging they arrived in.

Separately from this, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, and a further 14 days to return them. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To begin a return, write to us at contact@lilaparis.com. The cost of return postage is met by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Refunds we approve are paid back to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods reaching us and being inspected. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

8. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or the goods are faulty, please contact us without delay, describing the problem and attaching photographs. We will review what has happened and, where it is appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another remedy that resolves the matter.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site may give you access to tools, services or integrations supplied by other companies. These are provided "as is" and carry no warranty of any kind from us.

Lila Paris has no control over such services and takes no responsibility for them, nor for anything that arises out of your use of them.

10. Links to Other Websites

You may find links on the Site that lead to websites run by others. They are included only as a convenience. We neither endorse nor monitor those websites and accept no responsibility for their content, products or services.

11. Material You Send Us

Reviews, comments, suggestions and any other material you send to us may be used by Lila Paris without restriction. In sending it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and distribute that material.

We are not obliged to keep such submissions confidential or to pay anything for them.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Site in order to:

break any law or regulation that applies to you;
infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
provide information that is false or misleading;
harass, abuse or cause harm to any person;
distribute malware or any other harmful code;
gather personal data without the consent of the person concerned;
interfere with our security measures or the integrity of our systems.

Where this section is breached, we may suspend or end your access to the Site immediately.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally the Site may contain mistakes or omissions relating to prices, promotions, product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to update information at any time without giving notice beforehand.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, along with the products and services offered through it, is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Save for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, Lila Paris gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

So far as applicable law permits, Lila Paris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the products bought through it — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity.

Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Lila Paris and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense that results from your breach of these Terms or from your misuse of the Site.

17. Ending Your Access

Where these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice. Obligations that arose before termination continue to apply afterwards.

18. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is always the one published on this page. By continuing to use the Site you accept whatever revisions have been made.
